Sounds like he is mentally delayed. Not buying anything from someone that says words like “ car have white smoke”. All carsb have “ white smoke” when firs t started if they are cold. The colder they are the more “white smoke” they have. Is it a blown head gasket or a condensation?

Seems to be an interesting project car. Either those seats were well treated over the last 30 years or they have been reupholstered. Makes me think it was taken care of at one point. D ar n wheel is on the wrong side but if the front damage wasn’t to bad this might be a good deal.
